Frequently Asked Questions
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer four professional printing methods: Direct to Film (DTF), Heat Transfer, Embroidery, and Sublimation. Each suits different garments and designs — we’ll help you choose the right one.
What file formats do you accept?
We recommend editable AI files (Adobe Illustrator). For embroidery, we accept PES files. DTF requires a minimum of 300 DPI. We do not accept PDF files.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums! Order as little as one piece. Bulk pricing is available for same-design orders — sizes can vary.
Do you charge a design fee?
No design fee. If you need us to create a design, we’ll handle it at no extra charge.
How does the proof process work?
Before anything is printed, we send a visual proof for your approval. Every order includes 2 free revisions — additional revisions are billed separately.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes S through 5XL. Sizes S–XL are the same base price. Extended sizes carry a small upcharge: 2XL (+$5), 3XL (+$7), 4XL (+$9), 5XL (+$11).
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Bulk pricing is available for same-design orders. Sizes can vary. Contact us for a custom quote.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 10% deposit is required before we begin. It’s included in your total — not an extra fee.
What are your turnaround times?
Standard orders are ready within 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush orders are available — contact us to discuss.
Can you print anywhere on a garment?
Yes — front, back, sleeves, anywhere on the garment.
What materials do you print on?
We can print on virtually anything — t-shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs and more. For shirts we offer Budget (Gildan Soft Style) and Premium (Bella Canvas or District V.I.T.) options.
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship orders out. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
Because every order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or misprint on our end. If we make an error, we will reprint or refund. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
