Refund Policy

At Z’s Tees, every item is custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom printed or embroidered items unless the error is on our part.

Defects & Misprints

If your order arrives with a defect, misprint, or production error, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We will offer a reprint or full refund at our discretion.

Proof Approval

Every order includes a visual proof that must be approved before printing begins. Once you approve the proof, we print exactly as shown. We are not responsible for errors in an approved proof — please review carefully.

Deposits

The 10% deposit is applied toward your total. In the event of a cancellation before production begins, deposits are non-refundable.
